- Charge reactor with 120 g polyol blend (S2 T1) and heat to 60 °C under N₂.
- Add 28.4 g IPDI dropwise over 30 min; hold at 78 °C until NCO% ≤ 1.2.
- Disperse in DI water (450 rpm), chain-extend with EDA, cool and filter.
